Stimulating youth in the Dominican Republic to expand their creativity through positive use of smart devices.

March, 2019

The Innov-E Foundation, in coordination with the Cyberpark of Santo Domingo and the Estonian Short Film Center, organized a series of successful conferences by Estonian cinematographer Peter Murdmaa.  Mr. Murdmaa is the founder of the Estonian Short Film Center located in Tallinn. The co-participating institutions were the ITLA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the UNIBE University, and the UNAPEC University.
